The Collector's Art Gallery does not represent contemporary artists as part of its permanent inventory. Our main focus is on European and American modern art through the 20th century.
However, we have recently launched a Contemporary Art Exhibition program. Starting in May 2006, the gallery will hold themed, bimonthly exhibitions of works by contemporary artists from New England and beyond. Work selected for these shows will be displayed on a temporary basis, for the duration of the exhibitions.
Artists are welcome to submit work for consideration for our upcoming exhibitions. To have your work reviewed, please follow our Submission Policy:
- Send us a slide portfolio of your work, either via email or post. You may send 35mm film slides, postcards, digital images, or a link to your website. Please do not send actual work.
- Along with your portfolio, please include a C.V., artist statement, press and publications, and any other materials you consider relevant.
- If you would like your materials returned, include a self-addressed packet with adequate postage.
- As a matter of policy, we cannot review work in person. Please do not bring your work to the gallery.
